14. TROUBLESHOOTING
When using this phone, if you run into malfunctions, refer to the following
troubleshooting techniques before requesting help:

Have you pressed and

Is the battery low? Charge the battery
Is the phone outside of

sufficient signal strength?
Move to an area with

zero or master volume “off”?
Set different ringer

Is the charger properly
connected to the phone?
Correctly connect the
charger and phone.
