ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
11. Install two 14-watt, 120-volt, CCT-3000K, F14T5
fluorescent bulbs (not included). Do not replace with
any other wattage of linear fluorescent bulb. Install
the bulb into the sockets (B) by aligning the pins of
the bulb with the slot in the sockets (B). Using your
thumb and forefinger, press the metal ends of socket
(B) and roll the bulb forward until it rotates 90 degrees
inside the socket (B), making contact between the
bulb pins and the socket (B) contacts.
12. Carefully squeeze the diffuser (C) so that one end
will fit into the end cap. Once the diffuser (C) is in
place, carefully begin pushing down near the inserted
end and incrementally move toward the other end.
After the catches are fully engaged, slide the diffuser
(C) into the other end cap until the diffuser (C) rests
evenly between the two end caps. Restore power to
the fixture.
13. To add the extension to the pull chain (BB), place
the end ball of the pull chain (E) into the adaptor on
one end of the pull chain extension (BB) and pull it
into place.
BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
When bulb replacement is necessary, use a 14-watt, 120-volt F14T5 fluorescent bulb.
Before replacing the bulb, shut off power to the fixture at the circuit breaker or fuse panel.
Allow sufficient time for fixture and bulb to cool.
1. Remove the diffuser (C) by pushing it into one of the
end caps. Using your fingertips, free each side of the
diffuser (C) from the lip of the fixture pan (A). Then
remove the diffuser (C) to expose the bulbs.
2. Remove the bulb by using your thumbs to press
and roll the bulb 90 degrees inside the socket (B).
This will disengage the bulb contact pins from the
socket (B) contacts. Then slide the bulb pins out of
the socket (B).
3. Install the new bulb in the same manner you removed the old bulb. Re-install the
diffuser. Restore power to the fixture.
4. Dispose of the old bulb(s) in accordance with local, state, and/or federal laws.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
You may want to periodically clean the fixture using a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner
and soft cloth. Do NOT use solvents or cleaners containing abrasive agents. When
cleaning the fixture, make sure you have the power turned off and do not spray liquid
cleaner directly onto the bulb, socket, ballast, or wiring.

Minor problems often can be fixed without the help of an electrician. Before doing any
work on the fixture, shut off power supply at the circuit breaker panel to avoid electrical
shock.
