TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and

workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase by the

consumer. We will repair or replace (at our option) the unit in the original color and style if

available, or in a similar color and style if the original item has been discontinued, without

charge, exclusive of bulbs. Defective units must be properly packed and returned to the

manufacturer with a letter of explanation and your original purchase receipt showing date

of purchase. Call 1-866-994-4148 to obtain a Return Authorization number and an address

where to ship your defective product. Note: No C. O. D. shipments will be accepted. The

liability of the manufacturer is in any case limited to replacement of the defective light

fixture product. The manufacturer will not be liable for any other loss, damage, or injury

which is caused by the product. This limitation upon the liability of the manufacturer

includes any loss, damage, or injury which is (I) to person or property or otherwise;

(II) incidental or consequential in nature; (III) based upon theories of warranty , contract,

negligence, strict liability, tort, or otherwise; or (IV) directly or indirectly related to the sale,

use, or repair of the product. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have

other rights which vary from state to state.

PACKAGE CONTENTS PREPARATION D A C E B Before beginning installation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. Estimated Assembly Time: 30 minutes (two people required).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. On the back of the fixture pan (A), the 1 in. round knockout needs to be removed for standard installation. If the knock-out does not break free, use pliers and bend it back and forth until it snaps off. 7. DRYWALL MOUNTING: For mounting into 7 drywall, drill 3/16 in. holes for the drywall anchors (FF). Insert the drywall anchors (FF) into the proper holes and tap them into place so they are flush with CC EE the surface of your drywall.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 11. Install two 14-watt, 120-volt, CCT-3000K, F14T5 fluorescent bulbs (not included). Do not replace with any other wattage of linear fluorescent bulb. Install the bulb into the sockets (B) by aligning the pins of the bulb with the slot in the sockets (B).

Si vous ne pouvez retirer la pastille à défoncer, pliez-la dans un sens et dans l'autre à l'aide de pinces jusqu'à ce qu'elle se rompe. 7. MONTAGE SUR UNE CLOISON SÈCHE : à l'aide d'un foret de 3/16 po, percez des trous pour les dispositifs d'ancrage pour cloison sèche (FF).

En la parte posterior de la bandeja de la lámpara (A), se debe perforar el orificio semiperforado de 2,54 cm para proceder con la instalación estándar. Si no se puede perforar el orificio, utilice pinzas y dóblelo hacia delante y hacia atrás hasta que salga. 7. MONTAJE EN PANEL DE YESO: Para montar en 7 FF paneles de yeso, taladre orificios de 4,76 mm para las anclas de expansión para panel de yeso (FF).
