Read Rules for Safe Operation and Instructions carefully. WARNING 1.To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device. 2. If the power cord is damaged, it is strongly recommended to request a qualified electrician to handle. 3.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Unpack the packing box and pull the fan out. 2. Place the fan upside down and rotate the feet 90 degrees counterclockwise so the feet are perpendicular to the fan body. This will stabilize the fan for use. (See Fig. 1) 3. Flip the fan right side up for use. (See Fig. 2) Operating instructions 1. Plug the fan into any standard household outlet. 2. The Speed Control Knob will turn the fan on and off and also allow you to rotate between speeds. 3.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS a) Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. b) Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades. c) Remove fuse carefully. d) Risk of fire! Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse. e) Close fuse cover. f) Risk of fire! Do not replace attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged. Notice: 1.

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENSAMBLAJE 1. Desembale la caja y saque el ventilador. 2. Coloque el ventilador boca abajo y gire las patas 90 grados en dirección contraria a las manecillas del reloj para que las patas queden perpendiculares al cuerpo del ventilador. Reemplace el fusible solo con un fusible de 2,5 amperios y 125 voltios. e) Cierre la cubierta del fusible.
