PREPARATION Estimated Assembly Time: 60 minutes Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Hammer, Flathead Screwdriver, Duct Tape, Phillips Screwdriver, Utility Knife Helpful Tools (not included): Electric Drill, Drill Bits WARNING: Turn off electricity at breaker box before beginning installation. Carefully remove unit from carton. Check area above installation location to be sure that wiring can run to the planned location and that duct work can be run and the area is sufficient for proper ventilation.
NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION: Turn off power source. Review all safety precautions. 1. Attach the duct connector (H) to the fan housing (A). 1 H A 2. I nsert suspension bracket I (E) into the bracket cover on the duct connector side. Then, attach suspension bracket II (F) and suspension bracket III (G) to the back of the fan housing (A). 2 E G A F 3. Secure the fan housing (A) to joist with suspension brackets (E, F, G) using long wood screws (AA).
NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. Secure the suspension brackets (E, F) to fan housing (A) using small machine screw (CC). 4 A CC Hardware Used CC Small machine screw CC x3 E F CC 5. Remove wiring box cover (5.1). Pull the house wires through the wire box cover hole. Using a quick connector, secure 120 V AC house wiring from the wall switch to the fan as shown in the wiring diagram on page 5. 14 AWG is the smallest conductor that should be used for branch-circuit wiring.
NEW CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 8. Secure the LED panel (B) to the fan housing (A) using 4 long machine screws (BB) and metal washers (DD). 8 Hardware Used 9. BB Long machine screw x4 DD Metal washer x4 Choose which rim (C) finish suits your room. Lay glass globe (D) into chosen rim (C). 9 C D 10. Line up the three notches around the outside of the LED panel (B) with the three clips on the rim (C). Gently push up the rim (C) and glass globe (D) as far as possible until it stops.
EXISTING CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE ATTIC 1 1 10 11 BEFORE INSTALLATION: Turn off power source. Review all safety precautions. Remove existing fan. Measure the opening to ensure it is large enough to accommodate the new fan housing (A) (9 in. x 9 in.). 2. Secure the fan housing (A) to joist with suspension brackets (E, F, G) using long wood screws (AA). 5 A Note: Bottom of fan housing should be flush with the bottom of the ceiling board. When mounted correctly, the LED panel mounting bar will hang below the ceiling board. Optimum spacing from the bottom of the ceiling board to the bottom of the mounting bar is 3/4 in. (5.1).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE WARNING: Disconnect power supply before servicing. See SAFETY INFORMATION before proceeding. Routine maintenance should be done at least once a year. • Wash glass globe with mild soap and water, dry with a cloth. • Remove excess dirt and dust from the fan housing with a vacuum cleaner. • Do not use solvents, thinner or harsh chemicals for cleaning the fan. • Do not allow water to enter the motor. • Do not immerse resin parts in water over 140º F.

Consultez toutes les mesures de sécurité. Mesurez l’ouverture pour vous assurer qu’elle est assez grande pour accueillir le boîtier du nouveau ventilateur (22,86 cm x 22,86 cm). 2. S’il s’agit d’un premier ventilateur, taillez une ouverture de 22,86 cm x 22,86 cm pour le boîtier du ventilateur.

Lorsqu'il est monté correctement, la barre de montage du panneau LED s'accroche sous le plafond. L'espacement optimal entre du bas de la planche de plafond et le bas de la barre de montage est de 3/4 po (5.1).

ENTRETIEN AVERTISSEMENT : Coupez l’alimentation électrique avant d’effectuer l’entretien. Lisez les CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ avant de commencer. PREPARACIÓN ADVERTENCIA: Desconecte la electricidad en la caja del interruptor de circuito antes de comenzar la instalación. Retire con cuidado la unidad de la caja. Revise el área situada sobre la ubicación de la instalación para asegurarse de que el cableado se extienda hasta la ubicación planificada, que los componentes para conductos se puedan instalar y que el área sea apropiada para lograr la ventilación adecuada.
