4. Secure your outdoor cable or flexible conduit to the cover

plate with a fitting (not included). Thread the black and white

fixture wires through the hole in cover plate as shown.

Connect the fixture wires to the service wires using the wire

nuts (CC) provided. Connect the black fixture wire to the black

service wire and white fixture wire to the white service wire.

This fixture must be grounded. Connect the service ground

wire under the head of the green ground screw and secure to

the fixture.

5. Reinstall the cover plate removed in step 3. Secure in place on

the fixture housing assembly (A) using the screws, washers

and nuts removed in step 3.

6. Install the lens assembly (C) with three preassembled screws

secured to the fixture. Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

Screw in the bulb (D) provided.

Note: Replace with only a 70-watt high pressure sodium

bulb. Installation of any other bulb type may cause damage

to the fixture.
