Keep the motor dry at all times. Do not wash the motor. Do not immerse.

PACKAGE CONTENTS A PART A Description Pump QUANTITY 1 PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts. Estimated Assembly Time: 5 minutes No tools required for assembly. Knowing the Depth of Your Well Shallow wells are less than 25 ft. to water; deep wells are up to 90 ft.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1 1. Remove 2 plastic thread protectors, one from the top outlet hole on pump (A) and one from the inlet/suction hole on pump (A). Outlet Hole - 1” to Tank/House A Inlet/ Suction Hole 2. Remove 4 screws from terminal box on pump (A). 2 Terminal Box Screws A 3. Check voltage of pump (A); the wall plug should be 115 volts and the wire-to-box should be 230 volts. Look at switch inside terminal box to flip to 115V if needed. 3 4.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 7. Connect the bare copper ground to the ground screw in the pressure switch. Connect the power supply to the 2 open terminals. Turn Big Spring #1 to raise cut on and off pressure. 7 Little Spring #2 (Do not touch without contacting Tech Support) Pull excess power cord through switch until tight and then replace pressure switch cover on pump (A). INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 11. Wrap thread tape on tee and connect it to the discharge hole on the top of the pump (A). 11 Discharge Hole Tee A 12. Open priming plug on pump (A). Put thread tape on priming plug. 12 Priming Plug Tee Inlet/Suction Hole 13. Pour water into priming port until it is full. Replace priming plug and tighten with wrench.
SHALLOW WELL JET PUMP PRIMING 1. Thread 1-1/4 in. male PVC adaptor (sold separately) into foot valve (sold separately). Hand tighten, then tighten 1/4 turn with crescent wrench (not included). 1 2. Subtract 4 ft. from the depth of the well. This is the total length of rigid PVC pipe and couplings (sold separately) to cement onto the 1-1/4 in. male PVC adaptor.
SHALLOW WELL JET PUMP PRIMING 5. Cement 1-1/4 in. PVC elbow (sold separately) onto the rigid PVC pipe protruding from well seal. If desired, some length may be cut off of rigid PVC pipe before cementing on the elbow. Smooth the inside of any rigid PVC pipe that has been cut with a round file or knife. 5 6. Thread another 1-1/4 in. male PVC adaptor (sold separately) into the front of pump (A). Hand tighten, then turn 1/4 turn with crescent wrench. 6 Connect check valve (sold separately) about 18 in.

All pumps covered in this manual, are warranted by the manufacturer to the original user against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for 3 years after date of purchase. Any part which is determined to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to an authorized service location, as the manufacturer designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option.

INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTE: SELECCIONE EL VOLTAJE CORRECTO ADVERTENCIA: Desconecte la bomba de la fuente de alimentación antes de cambiar su voltaje. El interruptor selector se encuentra bajo la cubierta plástica en la parte superior del motor. Para tener acceso al interruptor, retire los cuatro tornillos sosteniendo la cubierta plástica. INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN 1 1. Retire los 2 protectores de rosca plásticos del orificio de salida superior de la bomba (A) y del orificio de entrada/succión de la bomba (A). Orificio de salida: 2,54 cm hacia el tanque/casa A Orificio de entrada/ succión 2. Retire los 4 tornillos de la caja de terminales de la bomba (A). 2 Tornillos de la caja de terminales A 3. Revise el voltaje de la bomba (A); el enchufe de pared debe tener 115 voltios y la conexión a la caja debe tener 230 voltios.
INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN 7. Conecte el conductor desnudo de puesta a tierra de cobre al tornillo de puesta a tierra del interruptor de presión. Conecte el suministro de electricidad a los 2 terminales abiertos. Gire el resorte grande #1 para elevar la presión de activación y apagado.

Vierta agua en el puerto de cebado hasta que se llene. Vuelva a colocar el tapón de cebado y apriete con una llave inglesa.
CEBADO DE LA BOMBA DE CHORRO PARA POZOS POCO PROFUNDOS 1. Enrosque el adaptador de PVC macho de 11/4” (se vende por separado) en la válvula de pie (se vende por separado). Apriete a mano, luego apriete un 1/4 de giro con una llave sueca (no se incluye). 1 2. Reste 1,22 m de la profundidad del pozo. Esta es la longitud total de la tubería y los acopladores de PVC rígido (se venden por separado) que se deben fijar en el adaptador de PVC macho de 1-1/4”.
CEBADO DE LA BOMBA DE CHORRO PARA POZOS POCO PROFUNDOS 5. Fije un codo de PVC de 1-1/4” (se vende por separado) en la tubería de PVC rígido que sobresale del sello del pozo. Si lo desea, puede cortar la tubería de PVC rígido para reducir su longitud antes de fijar el codo. Suavice el interior de la tubería de PVC rígido que ha sido cortada con una lima redonda o un cuchillo. 5 6. Enrosque otro adaptador macho de 1-1/4” (se vende por separado) en la parte frontal de la bomba (A).
