Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
To prevent overheating, do not install in totally enclosed recessed fixtures.
No user serviceable parts inside. To avoid electrical shock, do not disassemble product.
This product is not intended for use in emergency light fixtures or exit signs. Not for use
where exposed directly to the weather or water.
This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth
defects or other reproductive harm.
Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction
features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings.
To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other
sharp objects.
Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components
during kit installation.
CAUTION
Turn power off before inspection, installation or removal.
The lamp is suitable for use in damp locations. Use only on 120 V AC, 60 Hz circuits.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the
product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 15 minutes.
PREPARATION
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Make sure the power is turned off at the source to the
recessed housing(s) where the fixture(s) will be
installed. Place the lamp replacement instructions (C)
inside the housing. NOTE: This label provides
information about replacing lamps. Screw adaptor (A)
into socket in recessed housing.
Option #1: Installing into recessed housing using
torsion spring brackets.

Plug base cable connector on adaptor (A) into lamp
(B).

Squeeze torsion springs together as shown and install
into torsion spring brackets inside recessed housing.
Carefully route wires into fixture and push recessed kit
up flush to ceiling surface.
