1. Transfer funds to Postage By
Phone
®
account:
a. Press Menu and page down
to select Advanced Fea-
tures.
b. Select Meter Withdrawal.
c. Select Continue.
d. When the transfer is com-
plete select Print Receipt
and follow the prompts.
e. Confirm the funds “Avail-
able in Meter” is equal to
$000.000.
2. Remove the iButton PSD from
the Main Logic board:
a. Disconnect the power cord
from the mail machine base.
b. Remove the rear cover.
c. Ground yourself by placing
a hand on the mailing ma-
chine’s metal frame.
d. Grasp the iButton PSD han-
dle and carefully push the
holder away from the Main
Logic Board.
e. Carefully pull the holder up
at an angle to release it. (See Figure 4-7.)
3. Attach the iButton/PSD to the iButton PSD Security Cover:
a. Remove the iButton PSD Security Cover from the mail machine’s
Rear Cover.
b. Attach the handle of the iButton PSD to the cover using the provided
screw. (See Figure 4-8.)
