Printing a Statement of Mailing or Manifest Payment
This procedure is used when you have multiple parcels to send and
want to evidence the postage payment for these shipments through
one single digital indicia.

2. Select Other Payment option, then select Manifesting.
3. At the Services screen, select 0.01 to 99.99.
1. At the Home screen:
• If you have a scale, place any mail piece on it.
• If you have any weight showing, select CLASS or Select a
class (depending on your machine settings).
• If "Enter Manual Weight" is showing, you need to enter a
manual weight first (see steps A-C below).
A. Press Weigh/Rate.
B. Key in 1 g and select Continue.

C. Select CLASS or Select a class (depending on your
machine settings).
4. Key in the postage value for the Statement of Mailing or Manifest
Payment using appropriate decimal places and select OK.
