Problems Connecting to the Data Center via the PC
You can access www.pb.com using Internet Explorer but you
are having problems downloading files to your machine

Internet Settings Screen in PC Meter Connect™
Use "Active"
for FTP Mode
2. At the Internet Settings configuration screen, choose "Active" for
FTP Mode (see screen below) and click OK.
1. Right click on the PC Meter Connect™ tray icon and select "In-
ternet Settings...".
