'Y' Change Char for Escape
Whenever a serial port closes due to a loss of the DCD/DTR RS-232 signal on the USR4204
terminal port, the serial port automatically transmits an Escape Sequence for the purpose of
closing any downstream serial port of a cascaded USR4204.
This command changes the Escape character that is transmitted by the serial port. It
navigates to the Change Character screen. The current value of the transmitted Escape
character is shown in parentheses.
The transmitted Escape Sequence may be disabled by programming this character to a
control-\. To enter control-\ in the Change Character screen, hold down the Ctrl key and
press \

ASCII character ^\ (Ctrl-\) is Hexadecimal 1C

'Z' Toggle Cellular Mode
Whenever a serial port closes due to a loss of the DCD/DTR RS-232 signal on the USR4204
terminal port, the serial port automatically transmits an Escape Sequence for the purpose of
closing any downstream serial port of a cascaded USR4204. This command changes the
number of Escape characters that is transmitted by the serial port. Each entry of this
command cycles the cellular mode from 0 (OFF) through 7.
OFF: The transmitted Escape Sequence is three consecutive Escape characters.
1-7: The serial port will transmit the specified number (1 thru 7) of the Escape characters.
Batch Mode Commands: H1=, H2=, H3=, H4=
Valid values: 00 [3 characters], 01:07 [1 thru 7 characters]
'C' Copy This Baud/Parity to All Console Ports
Set all serial ports to the rate and format of the selected port with this command.

Navigate back to the Configure Ports Menu with this command.
