Parameters Description
<user_name> Name of user, previously defined using add user with
dialout as the type. Limit:

characters.
local_IP_address IP address of the user making an IP connection over
this dial-out interface.
send & reply
scripts
Specify commands required to establish and terminate
the remote connection. Scripts must be enclosed in
double quotes if more than
