Each channel in the multiport I-modem can display information such as the current set-
tings, product code, and call duration.
The most commonly used inquiry commands are:

I0 Display a four-digit product code. If you have a problem and you call U.S.
Robotics' Technical Support Depart-ment, you may be asked for this prod-
uct code.
