Troubleshooting
Start Skype by clicking Start and then selecting Skype. If you do
not have a Skype account, follow the on-screen instructions to
create a Skype user account.
I cannot hear any sound through the phone or
the caller cannot hear my voice
Solution 1:
Make sure the USB cable is connected to the Internet Mini
Phone and your computer.
Solution 2:
! Windows Vista: In the Internet Mini Phone utility,
make sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Phone
for both Input and Output.
! Windows XP: In the Internet Mini Phone utility, make
sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Phone for
both Input and Output.
! Windows 2000: In the Internet Mini Phone utility, make
sure the Skype Sound Device is set to USB Audio Device
for both Input and Output.
Solution 3:
1. Open Skype.
2. Select Tools > Options > Sound Devices.
3. Windows Vista: Select USB Phone for Audio In and
Audio Out.
Windows XP: Select USB Phone for Audio In and Audio
Out.
Windows 2000: Select USB Audio Device for Audio In
and Audio Out.
