THERMOPLASTIC FLEX LANCES
Flex lances are uncovered hoses used for the cleaning of
small diameter tubes such as those found in heat exchangers,
condensers and boilers.
• Small minimum bend radius allows easy passage
through bends
• Constructed of plastic core reinforced with high tensile steel
wire and enclosed in a tough, flexible thermoplastic jacket
• Smooth plastic core minimizes pressure loss and offers the
maximum resistance to damage caused by aging, moisture
absorption and changing environmental factors
• Standard flex lances include plated steel end fittings. Stainless
steel fittings available upon request. See pages D-5 – D-6.

• Standard lengths are 25, 35 and 50 feet. Other lengths or end
fitting combinations can be ordered using the instructions on
pages D-5 – D-6
