TUBE CLEANING NOZZLES
Dril-Jet Tube Cleaning Nozzles are specially
designed for cleaning plugged tubes. An internal rotor
features two spinning front jets to drill through tube block-
ages while non-rotating rear jets flush debris and generate
thrust to pull nozzle and lance through tube.
• No external moving parts
• No ball bearings to replace! Rotor spins on water bearing.
• Precisely ground rotor and precision honed nozzle body are both
made from stainless steel and hardened for maximum life and reli-
ability
• Dril-Jet outside diameters are the same as standard tube
cleaning nozzles
• Custom flow rates or rear jet patterns are available upon request
• 15,000 psi (1000 bar) maximum working pressure
