Product Information and Application Use
The Uponor Brass Manifold Pressure Test Kit for is for use with 1¼"
Uponor TruFLOW™ Manifolds. Each kit contains an R32 X ¾" manifold
bushing, an R32 solid brass plug, and a ¾" brass nipple and pressure
gauge assembly (100 psi). A Schraeder valve is also included.

Installation
Thread one end of the ¾" brass nipple into the pressure gauge assembly and the other end into the R32 x ¾" brass plug. Thread the
R32 x ¾" brass plug into the inlet of the supply or return manifold. Thread the R32 solid brass plug into the inlet of the opposite
manifold. Pressure the system with air to 60 psi. The system should maintain this pressure for at least 24 hours. For additional
information, refer to the Uponor Radiant Installation Handbook.
