Application
The Tube Uncoiler provides a
steady base for Uponor PEX c
oils
allowing for fast, easy installations.
Its hold-down arm design keeps
tubing in place while a swivel
eyelet guides tubing for smooth,
tangle-free uncoiling.

• One support base
• One center-arm hub
• Four PEX tubing retainers
• Two vertical support rods

Assembly
1. Stand uncoiler upright by folding
four base legs. Unfold the four
tubing supports.
2. Unfold eyelet guide and snap
into place.
3. Move the pin on the eyelet guide
to the holes drilled in the eyelet
hinge. This will lock the eyelet
guide in plac
e.
4. Create a basket by attaching four
PEX retainers into the outside
support holes.
5. Place the two vertical rods into
the holes on either side of center
ver
tical rod. Place the coil of
PEX tubing onto the uncoiler.
6. Slide the center-arm hub onto the
center vertical r
od. Insert four arm
pieces into center hub.
7. Place second coil of tubing
over arms.
8. Feed end of PEX tubing from
bottom coil through eyelet guide.
Note: Move the guide pin on the
swivel guide arm to keep it in place
(see step 3). Placing a second coil
of tubing over the arms provides
an even sturdier base. Refer to the
following instructions to properly
place a second coil of tubing
over the arms.

3. Reinsert the arms
into the hub on

4. Place another coil
on top of the arms.

Storage
The Tube Uncoiler folds up into a
compact 6" x 6" x 4' space for easy
storage. The collapsible four-legged
base is easy to assemble and
provides sturdy positioning.
Tubing Guide
The 360-degree swivel arms act
as a tubing guide.
Hardware
No additional hardware or tools are
required for setup.
Tubing Size
The
Tube Uncoiler accommodates
up to 1" Uponor PEX tubing.
