Thermostat or
Actuator
Room too warm
Actuator does not close. • Check that the actuator is
correctly mounted.
• Replace the actuator.
See Installation Report to
contact an installer.
Thermostat setting is too
high (corresponding LEDs
ashing).
Press + or – key to
display and change the
temperature setpoint on the
thermometer.
Place each thermostat in
the room supplied by the
loops.
Thermostat inuenced by
a heat source (temperature
displayed increases when
thermostat is moved)
Change the location of the
thermostat.
Thermostats are mixed up. Place each thermostat in
the room supplied by the
loops.
Interface
The interface is off.
Setting is off when inactive. • Change setting to dimmed
when inactive.
• Display returns when a
key is pressed.
Connection problem • Check the wiring and the
interface connection with
the controller.
• Replace the interface.
No response or frozen
interface display
System is stalled or
locked up.
Reset the interface: all
parameters are saved,
except for time and date.
Base Unit
with Interface
• All connected base units
are not found by the
interface.
• Base unit ID does not
appear in the menu.
Wiring problems Correct the wiring.
