Product Information and Application Use
Fast Trak™ 0.5 is an overpour installation method for remodel and retrofit applications.
The preformed knobbed panels are designed for installing 5/16" crosslinked polyethylene
(PEX) tubing for radiant floor heating and cooling systems. Fast Trak 0.5 panels feature an
adhesive backing for adhering to the slab or subfloor.


Installation
Fast Trak 0.5 panels are designed for overpour applications. To install the panels, first apply Fast Trak Edge Strips (A5091000) along the
walls to prevent overpour from seeping under the panels and to protect the surrounding structure from moisture damage and expansion
forces. Remove the adhesive backing to adhere the Fast Trak panels directly on the slab or subfloor and snap the PEX tubing between the
knobs. After connecting PEX tubing to the manifold and pressure testing the system, install the overpour according to manufacturer’s
