oPeratIon
1. Remove all packaging materials and any
transport safety devices. Keep packaging
material out of reach of children. Danger of
suffocation!
2. After washing your hair, dry it thoroughly
with a towel.
3. Connect the plug to a wall socket (220 -
240 V, 50 Hz).
4. Switch the appliance on using and select
the desired blower and heat settings. The
following settings may be selected:
0 = off
1 = medium air stream for drying and
styling
2 = strong air stream for quick drying
1 = lukewarm, ideal for nearly dry hair
2 = warm, ideal to dry damp hair
3 = hot, ideal to dry wet hair
5. The cool shot serves to stabilise the styling
and give more body. Keep the cool shot
button pressed during operation to obtain a
cool air stream.
6. If desired, following accessories may be
used:
The concentrator allows for drying hair
parts individually and precisely. You may
use the appliance with a narrow and a wide
concentrator, depending on the styling
result you want to achieve.
After use the concentrator can be simply
detached from the appliance. In order to
avoid burns it is nevertheless recommended
to wait until the appliance and the
attachments have cooled off.
cleanIng anD care
1. Unplug the appliance from the wall socket.

3. Never immerse the appliance or the lead
cable in water or other liquids to clean them.
4. Detach the air intake screen by turning it
counter clockwise. Clean the screen from
dust and fluff using a paint brush or a
small brush. Reattach the air intake screen
by turning it clockwise until it latches into
place.
5. Clean the appliance with a slightly damp
cloth.
6. Do not use any scrubbing sponges, abrasive
agents, steel wool, metal objects, disinfec-
tants or hot cleaning agents, since they can
damage the appliance.
7. The concentrators can be rinsed with water,
if necessary. The concentrator must be
completely dry before using it again.
Storage
1. Unplug the appliance from the wall socket.
2.
3. To avoid damage to the lead cable, never
wrap it around the appliance.
4. The appliance has a hanging loop for storage
on a hook.
5. Protect the appliance from dust.
Ion technology
Your new hair dryer uses ion technology. A generator inside the appliance produces negative ions,
which makes your hair easier to comb and avoids static charge. The ions enclose humidity in your
hair, makes it shiny and more voluminous.
