22. The appliance features overheat protection.
To avoid damage, the appliance automati-
cally switches of when operated too long.
After an adequate cool-off time, the appli-
ance may be operated again.
23. After use and before cleaning always switch
the appliance off, disconnect the plug from
the wall socket and let it cool off.
24. As long as the appliance is connected to the
main power supply, it constitutes a potential
danger near water.
25. Do not stick any objects into the appliance,
as possible damage may cause electric
shock.
26. Use the appliance only for the intended
purposes indicated in this manual.
27. Do not use the appliance with accessories
of other manufacturers or brands, to prevent
damage.
28. Never open the casing of the appliance to
prevent electric shock.
29. Check the plug and lead cable regularly for
wear and tear. If the lead cable or other parts
show damage, please send the appliance to
our after-sales service for inspection and
repair (for address, see warranty terms).
Unauthorised repairs can constitute serious
risks for the user and void the warranty.
30. If the lead cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its after-
sales service or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid any hazard.
