1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning and let
it cool down.
2. Remove the cooled plates by pulling the
sliding device to the front, the plate will jump
up.
3. If some fat should have dripped inside the ap-
pliance, wait until it is lukewarm and wipe it
away with a kitchen paper.
4. The aluminium diecast plates can be cleaned
either in the dishwasher or by hand. Discolora-
tions may occur in the dishwasher and do not
represent a risk or a reason for complaint.
5. In case of strong crusts, soak the plates over-
night.
6. Use a damp cloth for cleaning of the housing.
7. Do not use any scouring or corroding agents
or oven cleaners.
8. All parts must be dried before reassembling
the appliance.
9. For vertical storage wind the cable around the
cable storage in the bottom.

5. Before the rst use, grease the plates with
some oil or butter.
6. Now place either
• the prepared sandwiches on the sand-
wich moulds, or
• ll the dough into the wafe plates, or
• place the food to be grilled on the rifed
grill plate.
7. Close the lid. When preparing sandwiches,
also close the handle locking!
8. To keep the prepared snacks warm, reduce
the heat to MIN, but keep always in mind that
the snacks will get dry after a certain time.
