Attach the set of plates which you intend to 1.
use by pressing the plates into the hinge. The
sliding holders will slightly move to the front.
Put the plug into the socket (power supply 2.
230 V). and turn the temperature button to
the desired position between MIN and MAX.
The red control lamp turns on and keeps on
lighting as long as the appliance is connected
to the power.
Use the preheating phase of the Multi 3 in 3.
1 (approx. 5 minutes) to prepare the ingre-
dients.
As soon as the required temperature is rea-4.
ched, the green control lamp turns on. This
lamp will always turn on, when the required
temperature is reached and turns off, when
the temperature has fallen and the appliance
is heating again.
Before the rst use, grease the plates with5.
some oil or butter.
Now place either6.
the prepared sandwiches on the sand-•
wich moulds, or
llthedoughintothewafeplates,or•
placethefoodtobegrilledontherifed•
grill plate.
Close the lid. When preparing sandwiches, 7.
also close the handle locking!
To keep the prepared snacks warm, reduce 8.
the heat to MIN, but keep always in mind that
the snacks will get dry after a certain time.
Unplug the appliance before cleaning and let 1.
it cool down.
Remove the cooled plates by pulling the 2.
sliding device to the front, the plate will jump
up.
If some fat should have dripped inside the ap-3.
pliance, wait until it is lukewarm and wipe it
away with a kitchen paper.
The aluminium diecast plates can be cleaned 4.
either in the dishwasher or by hand. Discolora-
tions may occur in the dishwasher and do not
represent a risk or a reason for complaint.
In case of strong crusts, soak the plates over-5.

Use a damp cloth for cleaning of the housing.6.
Do not use any scouring or corroding agents 7.
or oven cleaners.
All parts must be dried before reassembling 8.

For vertical storage wind the cable around the 9.
cable storage in the bottom.
Before assembling the appliance remove all 1.
packing materials.
Check if all parts are complete.2.

Grease the plates slightly and preheat the 6.
empty appliance for about 10 minutes. Then
wipe the plates with a damp cloth.

greased any more (except if provided in the
recipe).
