Egg noodles (4 portions)
Ingredients
Wheat flour 400 g
We recommend durum
wheat flour or Spaetzle
flour because noodles
made with these flours do
not over-cook as easily.

Water approx. 2 tbsp.
Durum wheat noodles without egg (4 portions)

Durum wheat semolina 400 g
Water 180 ml
Berry jam
Ingredients
Berries as desired* 800 g
Jam sugar type 2:1 500 g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
PROGRAM 13, JAM
*You can use strawberries (in this case only
use 700 g because this jam foams somewhat),
raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or also red
currents. Cherries are not as suitable.
Thoroughly mix berries, jam sugar, and lemon
juice and pour the mixture into the backing pan
with kneader inserted. Start program 13. After the
program ends, pour the jam out of the backing pan
into screw-cap jars – caution, the jam is very hot,
danger of burn injuries! Tightly seal the jars with
a lid, turn them upside down and let them cool.

recipe with the basic settings of the user program.
