PROGRAM 7, BASIC, SUPER-FAST
In this program you can only work with the product, „Dr. Oetker Hefeteig Garant“. This product is a baking powder/dry
yeast mix that you can get in supermarkets. This program is not suitable for breads with rye, grist, or heavy breads in
general. Also breads from baking mixes that already contain dry yeasts cannot be baked with this program.
Gluten-free raisin bread
Ingredients
Schär Brot-Mix C
(Bread Mix C)
350 g
Dr. Oetker Hefeteig Garant 1 package
Sugar 60 g
Eggs 2
Buttermilk 250 ml
Raisins 100 g
PROGRAM 8, DOUGH
In this program only the dough is prepared, the broad is then baked in the oven.
Basic batter for baking sheet cake
Ingredients
Wheat flour 300 g
Egg 1
Milk 60 ml
Dry yeast 1 package (7 g)
Sugar 80 g
Butter, soft 80 g
Roll out this basic dough on a greased baking
sheet and cover with fruit (e.g. plums, apples).
Tip: If you desire you can also sprinkle with
crumble (Streusel). The dough can also be baked
in a spring form pan (28 mm diameter).
Pizza dough for 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
Wheat flour 300 g
Dry yeast 1 package (7 g)
Salt ½ tsp.
Water, lukewarm 120 ml
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Prepare the dough. Place the prepared dough on
a greased baking sheet, pull it out or roll it out.
Cover with a damp cloth, let rise for 40 minutes.
Then cover with ingredients as desired. In the oven
bake at 220°C for 35 - 40 minutes (the precise
baking time depends on the covering used).
