BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Before using the appliance for the
first time, wash the removable
parts except motor block (1) and
compressor housing (5) in warm
soapy water.
2. Wipe the motor block and the
compressor housing with a damp
cloth.
3. Place the appliance on a flat and
dry surface.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or incorrect use or if
repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.
Never place hand in machine when in operation – risk of injury!
After unpacking, please do not operate the appliance for at least two hours.
The coolant in the appliance has to first settle, to prevent damage to the
compressor.
When unpacking the appliance and removing the packaging material, make
sure not to tilt the appliance more than 45 °, to prevent damage to the
compressor inside the appliance.
PREPARATION OF ICE CREAM
1. Prepare the ingredients accor-
ding to the respective recipe. If
the ingredients must be cooked
before, do this the day before
as the ice cream mass must be
cooled down before filling it into
the ice machine.
2. Mash fruits only directly before
preparing the ice cream, add fruit
pieces only at the end of the free-
zing procedure.
3. Cool the prepared ice mass resp.
the ingredients in the refrigera-
tor to a temperature of approx.
6–8 °C.
