Symptom: An error message is shown when the Touch Pad point is enabled
Touch pad error
Correct it
Is Touch pad cable
connected properly ?
Try another known good touch pad module and
cable
Test Ok ?
Replace the faulty parts
Replace motherboard
Board level troubleshooting
Check KB controller

Re-solder
