Using protective earthing conductor of AC power cable
If the device installation environment does not have a grounding bar, and does not allow burying a
grounding object, you can ground the device by connecting it to the PE conductor of the AC power
cable, as shown in Figure 4-8. Meanwhile, make sure the PE conductor is properly grounded in the
power distribution room or at the AC transformer side.
