2. Insert the plastic anchors.
3. Remove the bottom ring.

Drill two guide holes (30-mm deep) using a
drill bit (6 mm or 6.5 mm in diameter)
Drill a hole to lead cables out of the ceiling
Knock in plugs
Turn bottom ring anticlockwise
to loosen it
