The communications port requires the following set up and parameters:
38.4KB, 8 bit, 1 stop bit, no parity, no handshake.
If you are emulating a terminal:
VT100 is recommended
ASCII Sending: Carriage Return only on enter. Do NOT include line feed
ASCII Receiving: Append line feeds to incoming line ends
