Procedure
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the ""Backup/Restore"" dialog with the "Backup/Restore" icon.
The available external storage media are shown in the list.
2. Select the desired external storage medium and press "Backup/Restore".
3. Open the "Backup/Restore" dialog in the "Backup" tab.
The backup files on the external storage media are shown in the list.
4. Select a blank entry and start the backup process using "Backup".
The external storage medium is tested. The progress of the back process is then
displayed under "Current Step". The end of the backup process is displayed with the
alarm " The operation completed successfully".
5. Acknowledge this alarm.
The dialog closes.
Result
The data from the HMI device is saved in a backup file on the external storage medium.
