4.4.4.10 Displaying information about the HMI device
You will need specific information about the device if you contact Technical Support.
Requirement
The Control Panel is open.
Procedure
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the "OP Properties" dialog with the OP icon.
2. Open the "Device" tab.
Comfort devices of 15" or more come with the second network adapter "PN_X3".
Result
The device-specific information is displayed in the dialog:
● HMI device name
● Version number of the installed operating system image
● Version number and release date of the boot loader
● Size of internal flash memory
Note
The size of internal flash memory is not equivalent to application memory available for a
project.
● MAC address of the HMI device
