* Upgrade from 16 to 20 C-side DS1 links (see IM 65-1125 for method).
Note:
If DCHs are defined on ports 1, 9, and 17, then DS1s cannot be pro-
visioned on ports 0-7, 8-15, and 16-21 respectively.
