9. Customer support
If you have unanswered questions, or the Xprecia Prime™ system is still not
working as expected after you have tried the various troubleshooting options
listed in chapter 8, contact your authorized distributor (see
www.universalbiosensors.com).
Ordering details
If you need replacement parts, contact your authorised distributor (see
www.universalbiosensors.com).
Software updates
There may be occasional software updates for your meter made
available by Universal Biosensors. Your distributor will contact you
with instructions. You should update your meter to the latest
software as soon as possible.
The software update should not change any settings or historical
results on your meter. However, you should regularly export historical
results to an external device for safekeeping. See page 38 for
instructions on exporting historical results.
