The test strip
is damaged.
Restart the test
with a new strip.
ERROR
The test strip’s on-board control
(OBC) has detected that the strip is
damaged and cannot be used.
Possible causes include test strips
that are damaged or test strips that
have not been maintained properly.
Discard the strip and start a test with
a new strip from the same vial (if
available).
If the error persists and you are sure
the vial has been kept closed and at
the correct storage temperature (see
Page 68), contact Customer Support
(see page 64).
50-04 (partial fill)

Restart the test with
a new strip.

You must apply the sample only
once. Never apply additional sample
