A Delay Advisory displays if a delay time other than zero is entered and the Delay Advisory time has
elapsed since the occurrence of the OOOI Out event.
FANS LATENCY
ATC may instruct the crew to utilize a
specific value. It’s recommended that the
value be configured for 0 (zero).
0 = latency is turned off.
