Path: My computer/Windows/TranscriberENU.exe(or Desktop/ TranscriberENU.exe)
This tool enable hand writing / sketch on the foreground of the screen.
1. Double tap “TranscriberENU.exe”
2. You will see a “hand” icon appear on taskbar. Tap and hold this icon. A list of
selection pops up.
