arm Boot / Cold Boot
Tap the check box to toggle this function. Available idle
times are: 15 and 30 seconds, and 1, 2, and 5 minutes.

minutes.
Automatically turn on the backlight when key
This function is only activated by the PA962’s keypad
rather than the Windows CE keyboard.
Cold Boot
Press the coldboot buttom underneith the
PCMCIA cover, the terminal will perofrm coldboot.
NOTE: Cold Boot will cause the PA962 to
return to its original factory settings.
Warm Boot
WARNING: Warm Boot will cause unsaved data to be lost.
To perform a warm boot while the PA962 is operating, insert a pin (paper clip
works well) into the reset hole on the back of the terminal, right below the
PCMCIA cover.

Under the Windows folder of your terminal, locate the file BootMode.exe,
execute the program, and confirm the warning message.
