To execute one of the secondary commands, scroll through the secondary menu until the
command of interest is displayed, and then press the [ENTER] key.
The procedures for using these commands are identical to the procedures used at the WSII.
Refer to the WSII POS Operations ManualFleet Accounts and Coupons” section for more
information on these commands.
4.3.1 Print Current Information of All Accounts
To print information on all existing accounts, scroll through the fleet account secondary menu until
"Print All Accounts" is displayed then press the [ENTER] key. The following information will be
printed for all current fleet accounts:
Account code
Account name
Date and time account was opened
Maximum number of washes
Number of uses to date
Receipt printed or NOT printed
Wash type
Unit price of wash
Example:

[MENU UP/DOWN] until "Print All Accounts" appears

4.3.2 Add an Account
To add an account, scroll through the fleet account secondary menu until "Add an Account" is
displayed and then press the [ENTER] key.
You will be prompted first for the Account Name. The account name can be up to 20 characters
long and is entered using the alphanumeric characters on the keys followed by the [ENTER] key.
You are then prompted for the Account Code. This code will be given to the customer and used
to activate the car wash. Account codes cannot be longer than 9 digits, must end in a 0 and must
NOT contain a 0 anywhere else in the code. If a car wash code or fleet account with this number
