This section provides a general overview of Telrad

system capabilities and features. It details the features of the

system and describes its physical connection with

Telrad

maGEN
is a value added comprehensive voice pro-
cessing application platform, providing services suh as voice
mail, unified messaging, automated attendant and automated
voice response. It connects to a
unit

telephone system
through analog ports, and is administered locally or remotely
using TCP/IP interface.

maGEN
is designed with the installer in mind. There are
many in-depth parameters to adjust the system for different
telephone systems and different site configurations, but the
common installation can be completed without changing almost
any parameters. A pre-defined library of PBXs is included for
your convenience, and during the installation you’ll only need to
select the type of PBX you are installing

maGEN
on.
