For each mail account you wish to retrieve messages from, set the
IP address of the POP3 server, the User ID, and password. You
should also set the POP3 port (default it is 110) and timeout (default
is 100 seconds).
You can also specify if you want

maGEN
to delete the message
on the server or not.
11.10.1 Synchronize email
e
maGEN
downloads and stores email messages locally. If you
would like the messages to be synchronized with the email server
on which they were originally received, check the Synchronize
Email box. This will ensure that if the message is deleted from the
server by another email client (e.g. Outlook Express), the message
will also be deleted from
e
maGEN
.
11.11 EMAIL REPLY SETTINGS
Email Reply Settings are defined, for each mailbox, on the Mailbox
--> Email Reply Settings screen -- shown in Figure 11-8, below.

maGEN
allows users to reply or forward email messages. They
can reply or forward with a recorded message (which will be sent as
a wave file attachment) or with a predefined text file or attachment.
You can set up to five different forward addresses and text or
attachment files. The user will then be able to select on-the-fly the
address and file they wish to use for forwarding.
