PA paging mode
This field controls whether the mailbox owner initiate a call an-
nouncement over the PA paging system. This feature can be used at
all times (Always) or only during night mode (Night). If this feature is
permitted, the procedure will occur as follows:
Upon a "Ring-No-answer" condition, a caller is notified that the
called party does not answer.
The caller is offered an option to page the called party.

system seizes another

port and dials
the code from the PBX Parameters --> Dial Stings --> Paging
zone access code field.

announces the mailbox holder's name (or extension
number if a name is not recorded) and asks the mailbox holder to
dial the Voice Mail pilot number -- as defined in the Site --> Gen-
eral --> Voice mail hunt group number field -- and then dial ##.
Upon the mailbox owner's response,

prompts to enter
the extension number where he/she is located and then to hang-
up.

transfers the caller to the extension that was entered
by the Mailbox owner.
11.6 WAKE UP CALLS
Wake Up Call N/H Weekday-Y/N Weekend-Y/N
A mailbox can be programmed to make wake-up calls (weekday/
weekend). The weekday time will be active for the days that have
been defined as weekdays in Site --> Settings --> System Param-
eters --> Weekday definition field. Days not defined as a weekday
will be considered weekend days.
The first field determines the type of wake up call. The two types are:
Normal: The system makes a wake up call every day (weekend
or weekday) until de-activated by the mailbox owner.
Hotel: The system makes a wake up call only once, and than de-
activates the feature. This mode is for hotel use, where a guest
