These fields contains the PBX/KTS code used to turn the "A" Type
message Waiting Indicator; ON/OFF.
Type B
These fields contains the PBX/KTS code to turn ON/OFF the "B"
TYPE message lamp.
Dialing Characters
To make the dial code generic, we use some characters to indicate
certain parameters:
1. E or X: indicates the extension number to dial
2. M: Mailbox number
3. T: Total number of messages
4. N: number of new messages
5. S: number of saved messages
6. &: Flash
7. ,: Pause
Examples (Message Lamp Codes):
• 175E will dial the prefix 175 and then the extension number.
• E&,80 will dial the extension number, then flash, pause, then dial
the code 80.
