Instructions for correct packing of microoptodes
1. Placing the first foam inlay
Place two pieces of foam inlay in the box.
2. Place optode on foam
Place the optode(s) with protection tube(s) and the
entire cable on the foam inlay.
Make sure the cable is not bent in any way, and that
nothing presses down on it, as this will damage the
fiber inside.
The minimum diameter for the rolled up cable is 10
cm.
3. Sensor between the foam inlays
Place the last two pieces of foam inlays on top of the
optode(s) and cable(s) to fixate them in the box.
4. Close and ship
Close the lid and push the lid tabs into the slots in the
box sides.
