DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLOSE THE DOOR UNTIL THIS STEP IS
COMPLETE. THE HINGE OR DOOR COULD BE DAMAGED.
HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
Gaining access to the battery compartment:
1. Locate the kick plate at the front/bottom of the range
2. The kick plate is clipped into place - simply lift up slightly and pull outwards.
3. Pull away the kick plate. You now have access to the battery compartment
How to change the D volt battery
1. Locate the battery holder which is fastened to the bottom right side of the range
2. Remove D volt battery.
3. Ensure you replace with an Eveready or Duracell brand battery. This will ensure a
stronger spark, and reduce the number of times you will have to replace the
