18. With a 7mm wrench or pliers remove the ori ce and replace with NG ori ce.

19. Replace the burner tube, then start up the oven to check oven  ame, making

sure the back of the burner tube to achieve this. Once you have the bottom pan

and oven door closed, and with the broiler drawer pulled down, you will be able to

see how the  ame should look by viewing the  ame through the broiler door area.

20. Check for leaks using a leak detector or soapy water with recommended ratio of

75% water, 25% dish washing soap.

21. Once you have completed the conversion, check the operations of ignition

making sure each of the 4 burners, pilot  ame and oven burner  ame are

functioning correctly. Please refer to pages 21 through 24.

OVEN ORIFICE

In the pilot assembly shown below, the LPG ori ce

is 0.14 mm. When doing the conversion from

Propane to Natural gas make sure the pilot ori ce

is changed to the NG ori ce sized at 0.2 mm. If you

leave the LPG ori ce 0.14mm in place, the pilot

 ame will may be too small to keep the pilot lit.
