Check the connection/wiring

Check vector diagram. The voltage phase sequence should be
U1 red (0°) U2 green (-120°) U3 blue (+120°)

Check vector diagram. Each current should be within +/-90° from its
corresponding voltage

Check that PF is >0.7 on all phases as well as total

Check that P is positive for each phase (if not measuring on a generator)

Check that unbalance is low (high value means wrong phase sequence)

Select transfer data a few times. Cancel the transfer and verify that there isn’t a
continuous trigging of sag/swells or transients due to bad settings.

Erase all old data in the meter

Set the correct time in the meter
