Squeegee and Backing Paper Technique
TECHNIQUE:
Remove scored center piece of backing paper from backside of decal.
Ensure decal is level and lightly affix center of decal to wall.
Peel approximately 12" of backing paper from left-side center of decal, and begin
adhering to the wall. Do not peel more than 12" of backing paper off at a time.
Hold Squeegee at 45 degree angle, working from the center of the decal vertically and
slightly horizontally. Keep a straight vertical line, as you work from left to right. For
example, do not squeegee more than 6" of the top half of the decal before squeegeeing
the same part of the bottom half.
Keep both sides of the decal level as you adhere it to the wall. This prevents creases,
binds, and ensures that the decal remains level the entire time.
